style="font-family:微软雅黑;">什么是冷冻治疗?</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">冷冻治疗是利用低温制冷剂（如液氮），低温制冷器械治疗皮肤疾病的一种物理方法，分接触性冷冻和喷射式冷冻。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">其治疗机理是通过冷冻使皮肤病损组织的细胞内外形成冰晶、导致细胞死亡，以达到治疗疾病的目的。</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">哪些皮肤病可采用冷冻治疗呢?</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">冷冻治疗在皮肤科应用广泛，主要包括以下疾病：</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">1、疣类皮肤病：扁平疣、寻常疣、跖疣、尖锐湿疣等；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">2、增生性皮肤病：新生或术后瘢痕、肉芽肿、结节性痒疹等；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">3、浅表良性皮肤肿瘤</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">冷冻治疗有哪些注意点？</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">1、治疗时不需要麻醉，局部可有轻微疼痛，大部分人可忍受，伴有轻度水肿或水疱形成，一般3～10天结痂，2～4周修复愈合，一般不留疤痕；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">2、治疗后需保持创面完整、清洁、干燥，以防感染；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">3、如起大疱可在附近卫生医疗单位无菌操作抽取疱液或到皮肤科门诊处理；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">4、创面结痂不要硬性撕脱，让其自然脱落；</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">5、偶见色素脱失的情况，脱失周围为色素沉着，一般在数月内可逐渐恢复正常。应注意遮光防晒，避免加重局部色素沉着。</span><br /> <span
