style="font-family:微软雅黑;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;"><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">痤疮，俗称“痤疮”，是毛囊皮脂腺的慢性发炎性疾病。临床的表现可以是粉刺 、红色的丘疹、脓疱、较大颗的结节、囊肿或疤痕。脸部是最常发生的部位，另外 颈部、前胸与背部也可能发生。</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">[痤疮发生的原因]</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">皮脂腺分泌过多</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">细菌过度生长</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">毛囊皮脂腺过度角化-产生黑头粉刺</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">局部的炎性反应</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">常规而言，痤疮虽与性荷尔蒙有关，但绝大多数病人荷尔蒙分泌都在正常范围内， 所以除非有其他特殊的临床症状，通常不必担心内分泌失调，也不必做无谓的抽血检 查。</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">痤疮常规在青春期开始发生，要过一段时间才稳定下来。这段期间会多久?因人而异 ，无法预测。另外有些人是在年纪大些才开始长痘痘。所以，痤疮并非青春期男女的 专利，三四十岁仍有痘痘问题者也并不少见。</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">[痤疮治疗须知]</span><br /> <br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">每日多次用香皂或洗面乳清洗脸部，以保待脸部清洁。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">视情况轻重，依医师旨示，使用外用药或再配合口服药来洽疗。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">口服药通常须连续服用一段时间才有效果，所以应与医师配合，在医师指导下调整剂量。 注意口服药是饭前或饭后服用。 部份女性病人在月经前痤疮会变得比较厉害，可依医师指示调整剂量来控制外用药依指示局部或整片涂抹，勿过度涂抹以免红肿。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">若怀孕或喃乳或想要怀孕，请务必于门诊时告知医师。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">不要挤压痘痘，以免造成感染及留下疤痕。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">食物与痤疮的关系尚无定论，不过请尽量避免油腻、油炸、高热量的食物。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">避免晒太阳，以免留下发炎后色素沉著现象。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">化妆品宜少用，若必需便用，卸妆须彻底，保养品是否适用应请教医师。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">生活作习要正常，要有充足的睡眠，不要熬夜，放松心情避免太大的压力。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">避免湿、热之居家或工作环境，尽量减少流汗。</span><br /> <span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">若有严重粉刺、囊肿、蟹足肿或凹痕，可用皮肤美容手术方法冶疗例如:果酸换肤、磨皮、泠冻 疗法、皮肤局部注射等治疗。</span></span><span
