足底筋膜炎卫教

<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">诊断或检查方式</span><br />
<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">常见的鉴别诊断除了足底筋膜炎还包括前跖痛、莫顿氏神经瘤、足底脂肪垫萎缩、腱鞘囊种、压力性骨折、屈肌肌腱炎及软组织挫伤等。有时必须配合软组织超音波或其它放射诊断学的工具来找出确切的病因。</span><br />

<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">康复治疗</span><br />
<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">一、首先要尽可能减少走路或站立的时间,让已经发炎的组织能得到休息恢复的机会。</span><br />
<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">二、改穿戴健康舒适的鞋子。一般建议,鞋内或是鞋垫最好具有脚弓支持的构造,后跟衬垫要稍微柔软具有吸震的效果,鞋后跟大约比前部高个约1公分左右。前部要有足够容纳脚趾的空间,不要有紧缚感,鞋子的大小要适中,大约以脚趾用力顶到前端后,后面还可以容纳一根手指的大小为宜。</span><br />
<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">三、在连续步行后若有肿痛发热的情形,宜冰敷抬高,其它时候则可以热敷或浸泡热水,以缓解疼痛。</span><br />
<span style="font-family:微软雅黑;">由于足部是承受全身体重的器官,慢性足底筋膜炎的疗程往往需要一时间,务必要耐心的配合医师的治疗与建议,才能够痊愈。超音波物理治疗、或配合足部辅具来加强拉筋的效果、视情形配合口服药物的治疗。严重的病患,可以考虑局部注射治疗,也会有不错疗效。 总之,足部的健康,与我们的生活息息相关,平时需要适当的保养,选择合适得鞋子,如有疼痛不适,也要赶紧就医,早期诊断,早期治疗。</span><br />
